Please note we will not dispatch to PO Box or BFPO addresses.
If you have any special instructions regarding the delivery of your order it is important to highlight this when you order.
If delivery fails on the proposed delivery date for large orders or after 3 attempts for smaller orders because there is no one available to take delivery and we have informed you the delivery was being made, then we reserve the right to charge for any further attempted deliveries. This would be the same for collections requested by the customer.
Currently we only deliver to UK addresses. Please contact us for a bespoke quotation for delivery abroad.
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland. However, geographical location and courier availability can restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man.
Deliveries to any off-shore islands, international addresses and certain parts of Scotland/Highlands will incur delivery surcharges. These charges will depend on your postcode and the product you are purchasing. Please contact us prior to ordering to clarify costs. If you order and a delivery surcharge is required, a member of our team will be in contact by e-mail or phone.

Return
We are happy for you to return any products that you have purchased from us within 30 days of provided receipt that are unused, in a resalable condition and in their original packaging.
We are unable to accept returns of the following products:
